We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will sell corporate offerings to business and industrial establishments over the telephone by performing the following duties. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources
• Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services
• Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
• Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into a computer database
• Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers
• Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained
• Estimates date of delivery to customers based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules
• Prepares reports of business transactions
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Builds and maintains customers relationships
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications; bonus opportunities available
