How we work

Six gates. Nothing ships, energizes or closes without passing one.

The sequence is the method. Each gate has a checklist, an owner and evidence. The NOC knows the site before the crew leaves it because the same team designed, built and commissioned it.

GATE 01

Scope

Site walk or remote survey. Sky view, cellular signal, power, grounding, mounting, access and a job safety analysis. Output: survey report and photo record.

GATE 02

Drawings

Link budget, failover design, IP plan, one-line and panel drawings, and a fixed-price quote with the bill of materials. Output: issued-for-construction set and quote.

GATE 03

FAT

Panels wired and bench-tested. Terminals and routers pre-configured and labeled by site. Output: FAT record with the drawing revision tested.

GATE 04

Cutover

Crew installs, commissions and cuts over inside your outage window. Old link stays live until the new one passes acceptance. Output: acceptance test and rollback record.

GATE 05

Install book

Pre-installation inspection, LTE and satellite signal readings, grounding checks, labeled photos, redlined drawings and the decommissioned equipment list. Output: one install book per site.

GATE 06

Monitored

Site handed to the NOC with its record in SkyView. Usage, alerts and billing in one place, crew on call. Output: live site record and monitoring confirmation.

The install book

What closes out every site.

Our install book format was built to satisfy the strictest operator checklists we work under, so it satisfies everyone else's too.

  • Pre-installation inspection: site power, cabling condition, grounding
  • Primary and secondary carrier measurements, RSRP and RSRQ
  • Satellite signal quality and alignment record
  • Mast, grounding and lightning arrestor verification
  • Cabinet bonding to the site ground grid
  • Interface cabling to SCADA RTU verified with the control center
  • Labeled photo set, before and after
  • Redlined drawings and as-built
  • New asset info: host name, IP, serial, provider
  • Decommissioned asset list and disposition
  • Energy control and PPE record
  • Sign-off by technician and customer representative
Next step

Put a site through it.

Give us one site and one outage window. Judge the rest on the install book that comes back.
