About NexxtGen

A telecom and controls company, rebuilt for the next twenty years.

NexxtGen Corporation is based in Richland Hills, Texas and works across the United States and Canada. We started in satellite and field services for energy, grew into control panels and engineering, and now apply AI to the one thing our customers care about: a network that stays up through whatever the season throws at it.

WHO WE SERVE

Operators of remote critical sites

Midstream pipelines, power generation fleets, gas and electric utilities, renewables and industrial plants. Fifteen-plus operators on multi-year programs.

HOW WE'RE BUILT

Three disciplines, one team

Managed connectivity, our own field crews, and a UL 508A panel shop with electrical engineering behind it. One contract, one number to call.

HOW WE RUN

Predictive, not reactive

AI reads weather, usage and link telemetry across every site we manage and predicts the outage before it happens. Crews are pre-positioned, failover is armed, and the plan change happens before the cycle rolls.

The people

Technicians, engineers and the trucks they drive.

Our own crews do the critical-path work. The crew that surveyed the site builds it, and the engineer who drew it signs the as-built.

CREWS

Two-person field crews

Satellite, cellular, fiber and civil scopes, dispatched regionally across the US and Canada.

SHOP

UL 508A panel technicians

Wire, test and document RTU, PLC and analyzer panels in Richland Hills.

ENGINEERING

Electrical engineers

One-lines, panel drawings, load and solar sizing, as-builts in AutoCAD.

NOC

24 × 7 operations

SkyView, the predictive board, dispatch and the install book queue.

SAFETY

HSE on every visit

Job safety analysis, climb and rescue, confined space, hydrovac around live pipe.

Values

Four things we hold ourselves to.

01

Show up

Most dispatches happen within 24 hours. The crew that built the site answers when it needs help.

02

Prove it

Every gate has evidence. Every site has an install book. Every panel has a FAT record.

03

Design first

Nothing is built that was not drawn. Nothing is cut over without a way back.

04

See it coming

We would rather predict an outage than respond to one. Every season our customers run with us, the network gets more predictable.

Careers

Work that matters, in places most people never see.

We hire technicians, panel builders, engineers and coordinators who want to own their work. Openings change with the project schedule. If one of these fits, email your resume to sales@nexxtgen.com with the role in the subject line.
