Working in a 2-person team. You will travel together to job sites that will typically require 2-3 days to complete the required work. As travel to these sites are throughout the United States, you will be required to be out of town for up to 4-5 days at a time, possibility up to 10 days depending on back to back scheduling opportunities.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to working with the following types of equipment.

• 2-way Satellite systems, cabling and grounding materials.
• Radio masts and hardware.
• Rack systems/cabinets, modems, routers, firewalls etc.
• Service entry boxes and conduit.
• Cellular equipment.
• Meters and test equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MUST HAVE: 2 yrs of hands on electrical experience.
• Experience with VSAT and cellular systems an asset.
• Experience with AC & DC wiring and conduit installations.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Some knowledge of computers, routers and general networking.
• Working on ladders.
• Work Permits, Completion Reports, etc.
• Flexible with time scheduling to meet customers needs.
• Well organized.
• Safety courses and related oilfield certifications are required (First Aid, Fall Protection, company specific orientations etc.). We will provide required training.
• Drug and alcohol tests will apply.
• Criminal background check required.
• Able to lift weights up to 80-100 lbs.
• Ability to drive for extended periods of time safely.
• Must be able to work weekends if required (Travel to and from job sites may include leaving on weekend to arrive for Monday start times).
